I use a variety of techniques to help your muscles and joints work to their full potential. Sports massage usually focuses on more specific areas of the body and can support the body and mind to prepare for competition and recover from post event or training.
It doesn’t matter if you’re not a sports person as your day-to-day life and work can cause adhesions (or knots) that may cause local pain or referred pain and other sensations, such as headaches. If you like a deep massage this is the one for you.
• Musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
• Improving range of joint movement
• Reduce scar tissue
• Prepare the body prior, during and after training or competition
• Improve circulation and lymphatic flow
Before your treatment I will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help you to understand your condition.
I recommend you book 1 hour for your first session to allow time for your consultation to discuss your current condition. Please note your 1st treatment with take 1hr which includes 15 minutes consultation.
Before your treatment is given, I will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help you understand what’s wrong. You will then have your sports massages followed by your rehab program.
